Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Copywriter to join our team as a contractor for a 6-month assignment. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker, adept at collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts to develop compelling content. This role requires a professional who can not only write engaging communications but also use metrics and analytics to pitch new ideas and tell company story in innovative ways.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience. A graduate degree is preferred.
- Experience with data analytics and metrics to inform content strategy.
- Familiarity with financial markets and investment topics is highly desirable.
- CFP or CFA certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Create in-depth, compelling communications on a range of investment topics, including fixed income, company funds and products, financial markets, and internal communications.
- Channel Versatility: Produce clear and engaging communications across a wide variety of channels, such as responsive web pages, emails, presentations, blogs, videos, and social media.
- Strategic Presentation: Expertly present and advocate for content and design solutions to internal clients and stakeholders, ensuring the success of the overall strategy.
- Project Leadership: Assume a leadership role on key cross-departmental projects that require a blend of data analytics, subject matter expertise, and strategic content creation.
- Creative Direction: Provide creative guidance and direction on messaging and content strategy, working closely with designers, developers, and business leaders.
- Mentorship: Serve as a mentor to less experienced writers, offering constructive feedback on their copy, story ideas, and interviewing skills.
- Special Projects: Participate in and lead special projects as assigned.
