Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle, including journal entries, account reconciliations, billing, and inventory tracking.
  
  
• Execute accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger closing procedures using QuickBooks, and prepare financial reports.
  
  
• Analyze monthly financial statements and contributed to internal reporting and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking.
  
  
• Support project accounting and prepared percentage-of-completion reports for construction and service projects.
  
  
• Idenitfy and implement process improvements to enhance accounting and operational efficiency.
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, including field operations and management, as well as external partners.
  
  
• Provide ad-hoc accounting support as needed, focusing on audit support and compliance.
