Responsibilities
- Agent/Broker Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance brokers, providing exceptional sales and administrative support. Build and maintain relationships to enhance engagement and sales performance.
- Sales Assistance: Provide direct sales support via inbound and outbound calls, assisting brokers and employers with product inquiries, appointment setting, and sales-related processes.
- Customer Service & Training: Assist brokers with licensing and appointment procedures. Provide comprehensive training on company products, online portals, and new technology. Efficiently and professionally resolve broker concerns.
- Administrative Support: Support account managers with various administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records of broker licensing and appointment statuses.
- Data Management: Ensure precise data entry and documentation for all broker-related activities.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current on all company products, updates, and industry trends to better assist clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop and enhance broker resources and sales strategies.
- Special Projects: Assist with new service developments and other assigned projects as needed.
- Compliance: Maintain knowledge of relevant industry regulations to ensure all processes and documentation comply with legal and company standards.
