- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with three years in a supervisory role preferred, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.
- Solid knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Experience in recruiting and staffing.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various HRIS platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of individuals at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulatory agencies as well as employment laws.
- Investigate concerns related to working conditions, disciplinary actions, and appeals from associates and applicants.
- Advise department leaders and staff on resolving HR-related issues by offering guidance and recommendations.
- Oversee the performance management process, assisting OpCo leadership with associate reviews, coaching, training, and consultation as needed.
- Collaborate with OpCo leaders to develop and maintain workforce staffing plans.
- Manage recruiting efforts to ensure the hiring of competent, diverse, and skilled associates, maintaining appropriate workloads and working to minimize turnover.
- Develop and recommend goals and objectives for all aspects of employee relations.
- Administer and enhance the management-labor relations component of the HR program to strengthen labor relations.
- Design and/or oversee compensation policies, procedures, and programs.
- Guide the strategy and administration of compensation planning.
- Communicate compensation policies, procedures, and programs to associates.
- Offer guidance and recommendations on HR practices and issue resolution.
- Provide direction for all HR functions and policies.
