We're looking for a highly professional and customer-facing Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for our company. This position requires a proactive individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to greet guests, manage the reception area, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will also assist with administrative tasks and direct inquiries to the appropriate department. This is a long-term, temporary assignment starting August 29th, working onsite five days a week and paying $18/hour. Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and professional receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanor, ensuring every visitor has a positive experience.

• Greet and welcome all guests, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department, providing clear and concise instructions.
  
  
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with refreshments and snacks.
  
  
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  
  
• Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
  
  
• Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges as required.
  
  
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
  
  
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meeting rooms.
  
  
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
