Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders, revisions, and changes in alignment with pricing policies, minimums, and fulfillment guidelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, product availability, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Planning, Quality, and Logistics to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or discrepancies related to order accuracy, shipments, documentation, or invoicing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records in ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
- Communicate proactively with customers about delays, changes, or quality holds, demonstrating transparency and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Support the development, documentation, and execution of Customer Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to streamline internal workflows and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor open orders and shipping reports to track service metrics and identify gaps or delays in the order lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate fulfillment priorities and escalate challenges when necessary to avoid service disruption.
