The Immigration Coordinator manages U.S. inbound immigration needs across the organization, handling a high volume of complex cases in a fast-paced environment. Serving as a liaison between departments, employees, outside counsel, and leadership, this role facilitates the application, maintenance, and compliance of employer-sponsored visas. It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with culturally diverse populations while ensuring adherence to federal regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the processing of immigrant and non-immigrant visas (H-1B, J-1, O-1, TN, E-3) in partnership with outside legal counsel.
• Maintain Public Access Files, post required notices, and prepare documentation for PERM Labor Certification filings.
• Facilitate lawful immigration status and employment authorization for employees and candidates; track case progression and milestones.
• Provide immigration and travel documentation for international business travel and visitors.
• Maintain centralized immigration records and conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate case updates to employees, HR Business Partners, and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in U.S. immigration processing.
• Experience with H-1B, J-1, O-1, TN, E-3 visa petitions.
