Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the processing of immigrant and non-immigrant visas (H-1B, J-1, O-1, TN, E-3) in partnership with outside legal counsel.
- Maintain Public Access Files, post required notices, and prepare documentation for PERM Labor Certification filings.
- Facilitate lawful immigration status and employment authorization for employees and candidates; track case progression and milestones.
- Provide immigration and travel documentation for international business travel and visitors.
- Maintain centralized immigration records and conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Communicate case updates to employees, HR Business Partners, and relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in U.S. immigration processing.
- Experience with H-1B, J-1, O-1, TN, E-3 visa petitions.

- Hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days remote.
