Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and purchasing team responsible for global supply planning, freight and brokerage operations, import/export compliance, and regulatory matters related to international trade.
- Oversee collaboration with contract manufacturers and outside services providers to manage order quantities, lead times, and the buy/sell process for all procured goods.
- Provide direct leadership of a for shipping, receiving and warehousing personnel.
- Manage U.S.-based supplier relationships, including price negotiations, lead-time control, and commercial agreements.
- Lead demand forecasting efforts in collaboration with production and engineering teams to ensure product availability.
- Analyze supply and demand data to maintain optimal inventory levels and service performance.
- Partner with customer service and sales teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Work closely with engineering and manufacturing partners to support product development and speed to market.
- Develop scalable supply chain processes to support company growth and innovation.
