Who We’re Looking For
- bilingual English/Spanish is a must-have requirement. Fluency in Haitian Creole is a strong asset.
- Experience: 1-2 years of business experience is preferred, especially in an office setting.
- Skills: strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with computers for reporting and data entry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. A genuine desire to help others and strong tech-savvy skills are also highly valued.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's Degree is a plus.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Your main focus will be on the "two R's": recruiting and relationships. You'll be the face of our partnership, ensuring we bring in and keep the best talent.
Recruiting and Onboarding
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews and process applications.
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process, including essential day one activities like orientation and safety training.
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings, such as background checks and drug testing.
- Assist candidates with our Randstad@Work app, providing support to those who are less tech-savvy.
- Actively track and manage the performance and attendance of our talent to ensure a stable and reliable workforce for our client.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records.
- Audit payroll for accuracy.
- Distribute safety equipment and maintain the necessary inventory.
- Perform daily floor walks to engage with our talent and provide support to the onsite account team.
