Our client is looking for a Healthcare sales leader and General operations Manager to come in and really own the processes and strategy for their company. You will lead a team of 6+ focused on developing partnerships with payers (Medicare, Medicaid, MCOs, ACOs), hospitals, and self-insured employers. Responsibilities

• Own P&L responsibility for the healthcare vertical with aggressive revenue growth targets.
• Develop and execute GTM strategy for: ○ Medicare payers ○ Medicaid programs ○ Hospitals and provider partners  ○ Self-insured employers
• Recruit, lead, and coach a team of high-performing AEs specialized in healthcare sub-segments. 
• Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives in payers, providers, and employers.
• Navigate regulatory frameworks, including Medicaid waivers and Medicare Advantage supplemental benefits. 
• Build scalable processes and playbooks to support team growth. 
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, operations, and marketing 
• Define pricing and packaging strategies tailored to the healthcare ecosystem. 
• Act as the executive sponsor on strategic accounts, driving renewals and expansion.
• Develop KPIs and reporting systems to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Support creation and rollout of new MTM lines across different markets 
• Work closely with the tech team and 3rd party providers to enable billing, and security compliance 
• Lead strategic expansion in new states with Medicaid registration, contracting and partnerships
