Responsibilities
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the crucial link between clients and internal teams, blending technical expertise with interpersonal skills to manage projects from start to finish.
- Project and Data Management: Meticulously set up and manage projects and associated data within a software system. This demands exceptional accuracy and attention to detail to ensure data integrity, which is vital for project success and internal stakeholders.
- Client Satisfaction: Proactively handle a wide range of client needs, including responding to inquiries, setting up new projects, preparing reports, managing timelines, and troubleshooting issues. Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries.
- Internal Coordination: Act as the bridge between client needs and various internal departments. Effectively communicate key account information to teams like Finance, IT, and Procurement to ensure everyone is aligned and can efficiently support project goals.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for both internal teams and clients. Interpret data and analytics to provide meaningful insights, track progress, and produce clear, concise reports on a weekly or monthly basis.
