- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- 2 years call center exp and/or 3 years customer service
- Previous experience in a healthcare or call center environment strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and scheduling software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
Patient Communication & Support
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Initiate outbound calls to patients to gather necessary information for prescription coordination.
- Schedule initial and refill medication shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of any delivery-related issues.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records in accordance with company policies.
- Update patient profiles and documentation as needed.
- Adhere to all applicable federal and state regulations, including HIPAA.
- Maintain confidentiality and always safeguard patient information.
- Demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach to daily responsibilities.
- Collaborate with team members and Leadership to improve processes and enhance patient experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
- Support escalations and assist with communications involving leadership, pharmacists, program management, and third-party hubs.
- Assist in working cross-functionally, including handling prescriber calls and shipment-related calls.
