Our client is currently hiring Patient Contact Center Representatives in Irving, TX! The Patient Contact Center Representative is a crucial link between their patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, coordinating prescription shipments, and maintaining accurate patient records. Above all, you'll provide exceptional customer service while upholding strict regulatory and confidentiality standards. Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid) Hours: Must be flexible between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.  Must have: Previous experience in a healthcare call center setting

salary: $18 - $19 per hour

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet expectations for quality, productivity, and attendance.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Initiate outbound calls to gather necessary information and coordinate prescription shipments.
• Schedule initial and refill medication shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up on any delivery-related issues to ensure a timely resolution.
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records, updating profiles and documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the patient experience.
• Uphold a high level of integrity and professionalism, always adhering to HIPAA and other federal and state regulations.
• Assist with escalated communications and work cross-functionally with pharmacists and other teams.
