Our client is seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team, responsible for handling all cash and general ledger activities for our affiliate. This position requires a detail-oriented approach to tasks such as processing daily cash receipts, reconciling monthly accounts, managing fixed assets, and assisting with budgets and audits. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with affiliates to manage timely patient and third-party check deposits.
• Process EFT credits, prepare journal entries for daily cash receipts, and maintain a Cash Recording Worksheet.
• Reconcile monthly third-party payments to ensure accurate accounts receivable balances.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and assist with cash reconciliation for the affiliate, including booking third-party revenue 
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly 
• Handle all journal entries and account reconciliations for the affiliate, and assist with assigned accounts
• Maintain and reconcile a fixed asset system, recording additions and running monthly depreciation reports.
• Record monthly accruals and prepaid expenses, review invoices, and analyze intercompany account activity.
• Prepare and reconcile grant-related accounts and assist with the compilation of financial statements, budgets, and audit materials.
