Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day accounting for assigned HNW clients (trusts, entities, and personal accounts)
• Prepare month-end and year-end close; deliver timely and accurate reporting
• Manage bill payment workflows in coordination with A/P team
• Reconcile investment accounts, bank activity, and general ledger balances
• Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity for client obligations
• Assist with payroll, W-2s, 1099s, and other tax-related documentation
• Support audits, special projects, and client requests as needed
