Randstad is recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative with an eager attitude for a growing education based company in Coconut Creek, FL. This position requires prior experience in a sales role handling functions such as enrollment, processing orders, and up-selling additional products.  This is a direct hire opportunity offering a commission structure in addition to the base salary.  The ability to speak another language (Spanish, Creole, etc) is a highly desired skill. 

salary: $45,000 - $47,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Handle both incoming customer inquiries and outbound calls to leads, consistently identifying opportunities for sales.
• Manage a pipeline of prospective and current customers, using a CRM system to track interactions, update records, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Assess customer needs to match them with the right products and services, ultimately building strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Achieve or surpass all individual sales targets and call volume quotas on a regular basis.
• Effectively execute sales strategies and scripts, staying up-to-date on product knowledge to provide expert advice and close deals.
