A leading organization in the investment management industry is seeking a highly experienced Treasury Analyst for a short-term contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a seasoned treasury professional with cash forecasting capabilities and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

salary: $75 - $95 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash forecasts across multiple entities within the organization.
• Analyze daily cash positions and ensure appropriate cash levels are maintained across accounts.
• Evaluate cash flow needs and provide reporting to internal stakeholders to support business decisions.
• Understand entity structure, including restrictions on regulated and unrestricted cash.
• Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies while working with sensitive financial data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data and improve the accuracy of forecasts.
• Leverage Excel and Oracle systems for treasury analysis and reporting.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on treasury experience, with a focus on cash forecasting.
• Deep understanding of legal entity structures and regulatory considerations related to liquidity.
• Advanced Excel skills required (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data modeling); Oracle experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly, pivot between priorities, and thrive in a changing environment.
• Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Experience in the investment management or financial services industry strongly preferred.
