Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls (40-60 per day) related to payments, lost/stolen cards, disputes, fraud, adding card holders or admins and digital banking options
- May convert small business cards to Visa or Mastercard
- Review customer credit card profiles under business accounts, assist with account inquiries, and help resolve concerns
- Research and resolve customer issues independently
- Must be flexible for a shift between the hours of 6am-7pm, days off would be Sunday and either Wednesday or Thursday.
