Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers in the region.
- Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from quoting and order generation to logistics and final delivery. This includes leveraging our CRM system to support the regional sales strategy, converting inquiries into orders, sourcing materials, and proposing competitive pricing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between customers and our engineering teams to ensure project specifications and calculations are accurate. Collaborate with the marketing team on website content, updates, and technical drawings.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with the Sales Manager to align sales volume, gross profit, and market share with the regional sales strategy.
- Order and Project Support: Handle all customer changes and coordinate internal/external communication to ensure smooth execution and proper documentation.
- Team Support: Assist the Sales Manager and Outside Sales Representatives with bids, orders, and special projects as needed.
- Travel: This role requires approximately 20% travel.
