As the dispatcher and scheduler, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, the go-to person for technicians, and the hub that keeps all the moving pieces in sync.
salary: $16 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Answer Incoming Calls: Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
- Schedule Service Appointments: Set up and coordinate HVAC maintenance and repair appointments with technicians.
- Dispatch Technicians: Assign jobs and communicate schedules to the service team throughout the day.
- Maintain Customer Communication: Provide updates, confirm appointments, and address basic customer inquiries.
- Support Office Operations: Assist with general office duties to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Handle multiple scheduling demands efficiently without compromising accuracy.
- Ensure No Cold Calling: Focus only on coordinating service for existing or inbound customer needs.
- Adapt to Pet-Friendly Office: Work comfortably in an office with cats and dogs present.
