Responsibilities
- Processing Transactions: Performing a variety of operational tasks on complex securities, which can include trade processing, asset movements (e.g., journal transfers, wire transfers, check disbursements, ACHs), and other related transactions.
- Research and Reconciliation: Independently researching inquiries and resolving moderately complex issues related to securities operations. This often involves reconciling transactions and ensuring data accuracy.
- Document Review: Reviewing time-sensitive documents for good order and compliance, such as new client paperwork and asset transfer forms.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Adhering to applicable Client policies and procedures, fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, and making sound risk decisions. They are accountable for executing relevant risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance).
- Problem Solving: Resolving moderately complex escalated issues within their scope of responsibility, often requiring in-depth evaluation of various factors.
