We have a long term contract for a Fuel Accountant here in San Antonio, TX, utiliizing SAP. Responsibilities

• Prepares, reviews and monitors fuel energy transactions, reports and activity to ensure transactions have been properly recorded and reported.
• Prepares accounting entries on payable and receivables, miscellaneous receivables, various revenue. accounts; performs research and analysis within those areas.
• Prepares monthly the retail Bad Debt Allowance and Bad Debt Expense, and prepares receivable aging reports.
• Performs complex statistical/variance/trend analysis on accounts/report.
• Performs numerous account reconciliations and roll forwards, some highly complex.
• Prepares and analyzes financial statements, such as the Statement of Revenues, Expenses and Changes in Net.
• Position, and analyzes the relationships and variances therein among other financial statements.
• Experienced with SAP orPeopleSoft and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and V-LOOK UP

Bad debt allowance (4 years of experience is preferred)

Accounts Payable (4 years of experience is required)

Accounts Receivable (4 years of experience is required)

Aging Receivables (4 years of experience is required)

Bad debt expense (4 years of experience is required)
