Randstad is working with a busy property management company to complete a project supporting their annual re-certification. This will involved re-certifying over 100 units and gathering all applicable documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience processing a high volume of re-certifications for low incoming and tax credit units. This is a fully onsite position expected to last 1-2 months in duration.

salary: $20 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and verify all required income, asset, and household composition documentation from residents to ensure eligibility in accordance with program regulations (e.g., HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, etc.).
  
  
• Ensure all resident files are meticulously maintained and in full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies on time.
  
  
• Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, providing clear and patient guidance on the recertification process, required documentation, and program requirements.
  
  
• Accurately enter resident data and status updates into property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Boston Post).
  
  
• Assist with clerical tasks, including preparing and sending out notices, scheduling resident interviews, and updating tenant files if required
