We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Accounting Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. This role is crucial to our operations, providing essential support across a range of functions, from human resources to accounting and general office administration.

salary: $21 - $24 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR functions including onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee records.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and safety regulations (OSHA).
  
  
• Process weekly/biweekly payroll and generate related reports.
  
  
• Perform AP/AR tasks, including invoicing, payments, and general ledger entries.
  
  
• File multi-state Sales & Use Tax returns and manage expense reimbursements.
  
  
• Track job costs, allocate expenses, and assist with financial reporting.
  
  
• Prepare and manage pay applications, lien waivers, and subcontractor documentation.
  
  
• Maintain company safety program, track training, and submit required reports.
  
  
• Serve as main point of contact for office operations and external inquiries.
  
  
• Order supplies, schedule meetings, and support leadership with administrative tasks.
  
  
• Assist with licensing, insurance renewals, and document management.
