Responsibilities
We're hiring a Scanning and Data Entry Clerk for a 3-month contract in North Charlotte. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and demonstrate your skills with the potential for a long-term role.
This is a position requires constant use of your upper extremities for computer and keyboard tasks. You’ll be responsible for handling a high volume of documents and performing a variety of clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning: Load documents into high-speed scanners and ensure they are returned to their original order. This is a repetitive task, and you’ll need to be highly detail-oriented.
- Quality Control: Confirm the accuracy of scanned documents.
- Release/Index: Log files and release scanned material to customers. This requires significant data input and a high rate of keystrokes.
- Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 am - 4:30 pm
We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented and proficient with computers. A high rate of both alpha and numeric keying proficiency is essential.
