Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide Time & Material quotes and part orders to customers.
- Verify the accuracy of customer entitlement, what’s covered and what’s not.
- Ensure accuracy of quote provided to customer.
- Ensure T&M invoice is in line with the actual service delivered.
- Ensure the terms and conditions of quote are compliant with legal requirements.
- Coordinate the quoting and part ordering activity to meet required business and customer turnaround time.
- Ensure the service delivery is released on time when quote is accepted by customer.
- Shifts can be changed per business requirements. 1:30pm to 10pm is this position’s shift, and it is the latest shift we have.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a related field or Education Equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and desire to take on additional responsibilities.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
