In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and providing exceptional service. You will own the full cycle, from generating quotes to processing orders, while also building and nurturing long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiries: Handle all incoming customer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally as the first point of contact.
- Quoting and Order Processing: Accurately research product pricing, apply discounts, and create detailed quotes. Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Sales Support: Work directly with outside sales representatives, providing assistance with quoting and parts ordering.
- Parts and Procurement: Assist with researching, ordering, and tracking necessary parts and materials to meet company and customer needs.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products to effectively determine customer needs and provide technical sales information.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with various internal divisions to order parts for new equipment builds.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and build positive customer relationships through proactive follow-up and excellent communication.
