Responsibilities
- Supplier Data Management: Maintain accurate supplier information by reviewing and updating pricing, managing the Supplier Portal, and maintaining the Contracts database. You'll also support Master Data cleanup in SAP to ensure data accuracy.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate monthly performance reports for suppliers and track various metrics, including pricing updates and claim back reports. This role requires high-level analytical skills to interpret data and report on its impact.
- Cost Reduction: Actively identify and implement opportunities to reduce material costs. This involves sourcing commodities, tools, and parts from new or existing suppliers to help meet business goals.
- Supplier Performance Support: Assist in developing and implementing supplier scorecards for performance reviews, which are crucial for managing the vendor direct program.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams like Category Management, Supply Chain, and Sales. You'll also advise and collaborate with buyers and engineers to identify new product needs and drive growth for the Sourced Products team.
