You'll be a key part of the NA Intermediary marketing team, helping with programs that have a direct impact on awareness, consideration, and sales. You'll also coordinate with teams across the entire business, including:

- Day-to-Day: You will attend and run planning meetings, track progress, and manage all deliverables from requests to publication.

- Prior experience leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven project management skills.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Understanding of 40 Act rules and distribution of registered investment products.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for new investment product launches.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns and execute key deliverables.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and refine marketing materials like collateral, videos, web content, and social posts.
- Create weekly communications about marketing deliverables.
- Align with national accounts and sales to support firm-specific initiatives.
- Track and report on campaign performance with the measurement and analytics team.
- Submit materials for design, digital publishing, and compliance review.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
- Experience leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of 40 Act rules and distribution of ETFs and other registered investment products.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- An interest in financial markets and digital marketing.
- Eagerness to learn and quickly digest information.
