Responsibilities
- Investigate debit card disputes in alignment with Regulation E guidelines.
- Analyze and resolve transaction issues while assessing risk and potential fraud.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide timely updates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex card transaction issues.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Utilize internal systems (e.g., Visa CATS, Visa Online, Visa Risk Manager) to support investigations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on all cases to ensure resolution.
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment, maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking to deliver quality outcomes.
- Respond professionally to client concerns, maintaining composure in stressful situations.
- Build trust through consistent communication and reliable follow-through.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations throughout all investigations.
