Responsibilities
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in production processes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automated processes.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor process performance and suggest enhancements.
- Assist in assembly tasks, ensuring that all components meet quality specifications.
- Provide support to process upgrades or new installations.
- · Programming Horizontal and vertical CNC milling machines / CNC lathes
· Setting up process to ensure production, delivery and quality meets all specifications.
· Develops machining process, designs fixtures and machining tools in cooperation with headquarters.
· Responsible for achievement of company goals with regards to quality and productivity. This includes tracking, monitoring charts and assessing, developing and following through with necessary action plans.
· Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trends.
· Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.
