Our client is seeking a dedicated Device Tracking Analyst to perform a variety of complex duties associated with supporting device tracking activities. In this role, you will ensure device tracking files are meticulously maintained and reconciled, communicating with customers to obtain and/or verify device tracking information. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with device tracking regulations established by the FDA and international regulatory bodies. The Device Tracking Analyst will also facilitate actions identified to improve customer experience and patient safety. This position offers the opportunity to participate in and/or lead the identification and implementation of device tracking management system improvements, including providing technical support and updating procedures and forms. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert due to demonstrated excellence in work performance and mastery of relevant knowledge, tasks, and skill sets. Responsibilities

As a Device Tracking Analyst, job duties include:

• Process and maintain device tracking files in the device tracking system to ensure compliance with device tracking regulations and internal procedures.
• Contacting customers to obtain and verify device tracking information. 
•  Initiate device tracking files in a timely manner upon receipt of forms.
• Maintain and update the device tracking system, recording all activity in both hard copy (when applicable) and computer files.
• Respond to verbal and written requests from internal and external customers.
• Initiate and set up complaint files, maintaining and updating the database.

Qualifications:

• 3+  years of previous experience in a customer service or clinical setting,working as a Device Tracking Analyst. 
• Demonstrated knowledge of device tracking policies and requirements.
• Ability to understand the impact of regulatory compliance requirements.
•  High attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
