Responsibilities

• Enter, track, and process customer orders with accuracy and attention to deal
• Partner with sales reps to ensure order requirements, pricing, and delivery dates are aligned
• Communicate with production, shipping, and customers to keep orders on schedule
• Assist with quotes, invoices, and reporting to support the sales process
• Ensure order details are complete, accurate, and delivered on time
• Provide proactive communication and customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues quickly 

Qualifications: 

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environments
• Prior exposure in order entry, inside sales, or customer service coordination
• strong attention to detail and comfort with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
