Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling for 15+ therapy providers to maximize productivity.
- Handle appointment cancellations and rescheduling efficiently.
- Support client-related needs including health insurance verification and authorizations.
- Provide administrative assistance to the clinical coordination team.
- Maintain client records both electronically and manually.
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients, families, and internal staff.
- Perform front desk coverage and client reminder calls as needed.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Experience in patient/client scheduling in a medical or healthcare environment preferred.
- Prior health insurance verification and authorization experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
