A growing broadcast and content media company is in need of a transactional attorney with 3+ years of law firm experience. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience at a top-tier law firm, and strong negotiation skills. Role is in office 5 days/week.  Position includes annual salary, bonus and comprehensive benefits.   

salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and interpreting a variety of complex commercial agreements, including, but not limited to, advertising agreements, music license agreements, employment agreements, service and vendor agreements and technology and IT agreements. 
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and interpreting real estate revenue and expense leases and purchase and sale agreements. 
• Overseeing the management, monitoring and tracking of the agreements.
• Improving, creating and updating form agreements and enhancements to the contract management system to improve aspects of contracting procedures.
• Functioning as a liaison between the company's legal department and the engineering, real estate, procurement, technology and other departments.
• From time to time, assisting with transactions, corporate governance, regulatory and other matters.
• Collaborating with subsidiary executives and counsel, outside counsel, and internal management.
• Conducting legal research as necessary.
