Randstad is currently seeking an Inside Sales / Sales Administrator for a temp-to-hire position in the Pompano, FL area. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and grow your career with a leading company. The pay rate is $20 - $22 per hour, based on experience. What You'll Do:

In this multi-faceted role, you'll be the backbone of the sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sales & Administrative Support: Assist with creating quotes, processing sales orders and purchase orders (POs), and managing email correspondence.
• Customer & Team Interaction: Handle phone sales and act as a key backup for the Outside Sales Leaders. You'll also be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and communications.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
• Event Planning: Assist with the organization and support of trade shows and other company events.
• Data Management: Utilize your expertise in Salesforce and other Google applications to maintain accurate sales data and customer information.
