- Prior admin experience (bonus if it’s in a CPA or professional services firm).
- OR hospitality experience—your transferable skills are gold here.

- Microsoft Office proficiency (QuickBooks experience = bonus points).

Responsibilities
You'll be the backbone of our office, managing daily operations while providing exceptional customer service. Your work will be diverse and impactful, including:
- Coordinating daily office activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various client and team needs.
- Handling all incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, mail, and packages.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date company records, databases, and files.
- Assisting with client billing, invoicing, and CRM management.
- Managing office inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Supporting colleagues and providing administrative assistance to the team.
- Delivering a high level of professionalism and organization, especially during our busy tax seasons.
