Responsibilities
- Provide essential administrative and coordination support to the talent acquisition team, including calendar management and scheduling for recruiting leadership.
- Manage the logistics for all stages of the interview process, from initial screening to final-round interviews.
- Handle all candidate communications, including scheduling confirmations, follow-ups, and interview-day coordination.
- Collect, organize, and track candidate feedback and actively participate in debrief sessions.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and a clean talent pipeline.
- Assist with proactive candidate sourcing through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and social media.
- Help build and maintain a diverse talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Post and manage job descriptions across various platforms (LinkedIn, Workday, etc.) and review resumes for entry-level roles.
- Partner with recruiters to conduct initial pre-screening calls with candidates.
- Support talent acquisition marketing efforts, including drafting and refining job descriptions and assisting with job ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine sourcing strategies and align them with business needs.
- Provide administrative support for the new hire onboarding process as needed.
