Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by building and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Present innovative ideas for promotional products that are aligned with client objectives and branding strategies.
- Manage the entire process from initial product presentations to final order fulfillment.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide an outstanding overall client experience.
- Proactively address any issues that may arise and provide creative solutions.
- Stay informed about current industry trends and new product innovations.
- Proven ability to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in promotions, branding, or account management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
