Responsibilities
As a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you will be the financial cornerstone of our team. You'll handle all bookkeeping responsibilities, ensuring our records are accurate and up to date.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Financial Operations: Managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and preparing for the monthly and annual close.
- Job Costing and Analysis: Meticulously tracking costs for each home build, with a focus on labor costs and efficiency, to help us optimize project profitability.
- Reporting: Creating and delivering insightful financial reports, including monthly Profit & Loss statements, and providing a clear analysis of our performance.
- Budgeting and Compliance: Assisting with the annual budget, monitoring our progress against it, and ensuring all our financial activities and insurance certificates comply with regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the Operations Manager to support project execution and providing general administrative support to the office.
- Software Expertise: Using QuickBooks, BuilderTrend, and/or JobTrend to manage all financial data.
