Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Service Scheduling & Coordination: You'll be responsible for scheduling service for customers by coordinating field service engineers' schedules, parts delivery, and equipment availability.
- Issue Escalation & Resolution: You'll act as the main point of contact for all service order escalations, handling, analyzing, and communicating issues to customers and service engineers.
- Operational Improvement: You'll identify planning issues and recurring patterns in customer inquiries to propose and implement solutions that improve overall customer service.
Here’s what you’ll have:
- 3+ years customer service or planning experience preferred
- Experience with ServiceMax, SalesForce, SAP or other ERP/planning tool
