Responsibilities
- Program Management: Manage and improve global travel program, including policy enforcement, vendor relations, and technology platform optimization.
- Operational Oversight: Handle day-to-day travel operations, from booking issues and expense reporting to troubleshooting and support for all employee travelers.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead projects to enhance the travel program, such as integrating new technologies, renegotiating vendor contracts, or developing new policies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Compliance & Reporting: Monitor travel compliance, analyze data to identify trends, and prepare regular reports for leadership on program performance and budget adherence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, HR, and other internal teams to ensure the travel program aligns with company goals and provides a seamless experience for all employees.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate travel management or a related field.
- Proven experience managing global travel programs and relationships with vendors (e.g., travel agencies, airlines, hotels).
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional support to employees at all levels.
- Proficiency with travel management software and expense reporting systems.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
