Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Performs receiving of product arriving to the site.

 Check in all drivers arriving at the site.



 Assist in conducting End of Period Processes.



 Files reports, receipts, and other documents. Maintains electric filing systems.



 Performs other job duties as assigned.



 Maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in an effective manner



with customers, co-workers, clients and supervisors.



Essential Functions may also include the following:



Receiving:



 Receive in all inbound shipments for both joist and deck operations.



 Ensure all proper paperwork is completed to include bundle tags.



 Scan all receipts and store electronically.



 Check drivers in by appointment.



 Check in outbound drivers and work shipping loaders to have the trucks loaded.



Back-Up responsible:



Traffic:



 Assists in the scheduling of shipments and communicates with affected departments and PM



 Assists with creating BOL



 Takes pictures of outgoing loads and logs them as required



Deck Planning:



 Assists as needed in creating requisitions for deck production.



Inventory:



 Assist with cycle counts.



 Assist with daily, weekly and monthly closing.
