As an Operations Intermediate Specialist, you'll perform specialized operational activities related to opening mutual fund accounts. You'll be a subject matter specialist, handling moderately complex issues while supporting the firm's business lines. Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
  
  
• 1-2 years of Global Custody experience
  
  
• Proven knowledge of at least one product area within Operations and its processes
  
  
• Ability to perform technical responsibilities with a high level of competence
  
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  
• Aptitude for thorough and timely research, analysis, and problem resolution
  
  
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  
  
• Ability to work in a team environment, meet deadlines, and work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Securities Processing: Process transactions, manage daily volume, verify information, and perform intraday and end-of-day reconciliation to ensure deadlines are met.
  
  
• Client Service: Provide superior client service by responding to internal and external requests in a timely manner and following up on open inquiries.
  
  
• Risk Management: Identify and document errors to reduce exposure, communicate effectively with other departments to resolve issues, and manage associated fund account projects.
  
  
• Processing: Prepare and execute fund documentation, investigate and respond to inquiries about fund account openings, and correctly reflect fund accounts on our systems.
