We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director Decorative Wall Pannels – North America to lead our expansion into key channels within the U.S. and Canadian markets. This individual will spearhead the commercial strategy, sales execution, and channel development for company’s growing line of decorative wall panel and shower panel products, with a primary focus on unlocking new retail and distribution partnerships. This role is ideal for a high-energy, entrepreneurial sales leader with a background in decorative building materials and a proven track record of success across retail and distribution networks. The role will involve direct sales ownership in select channels, a supporting/consultative role in others, and close involvement with marketing, product development, and trade show strategy.  

salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership & Channel Development
  • Direct sales responsibilities for selected target channels including:
    • National and regional retail groups (e.g., Nebraska Furniture Mart, Airbase, Rite Rug, Contract Furnishing Mart,  ) = since this is priority, can we make it longer?
    • Tile distributors/retail channels if these are different buyers than flooring retailers, do we let him handle?)
    • Kitchen & Bath distributors
    • National kitchen & bath brands
  • Support strategy and education across other channels (e.g., BLD suppliers, manufactured housing, etc.)
  • Explore case-by-case opportunities in home center/DIY where applicable.
• Channel Strategy Execution
  • Build scalable programs for large dealer networks.
  • Navigate complex or restricted flooring accounts to find parallel success in wall panels.
  • Collaborate with flooring sales leadership on channel segmentation and crossover opportunities.
• Marketing & Product Involvement
  • Assist in developing sales collateral and merchandising tools customized for decorative categories.
  • Partner with marketing and R&D to refine wall panel positioning, packaging, and product features that align with North American consumer and channel needs
• Trade Show & Market Presence
  • Identify, plan, and attend major national trade shows aligned with decorative wall panel growth (e.g., KBIS or equivalent)
  • Represent the company’s wall business as a category expert
