Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical functions, including data entry, correspondence, and maintaining accurate records in a law enforcement-sensitive environment.
- Enter, edit, and verify information with speed and accuracy into the computer system, including Investigative Results Reports, log files, and service inquiries.
- Answer a multi-line switchboard, transfer calls, and provide general Center information.
- Serve as backup personnel for monitoring the deconfliction system.
- Prepare and verify report requests, and moderate virtual meetings and training classes.
- Assist with meeting room and training setups, with the ability to lift and move objects up to 20 lbs.
- Observe all security protocols and assist in accomplishing the goals and objectives.
