This is a unique opportunity for an independent and proactive individual to manage the core administrative and financial functions of our business. As the sole person in this role, you will be the backbone of our office, handling everything from daily bookkeeping to general office management.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing all Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Handling all aspects of financial record-keeping using QuickBooks.
- Managing liens and other construction-specific documentation.
- Performing general administrative duties, including phone calls, filing, and correspondence.
- Ensuring smooth daily operations and financial accuracy.
- Proven experience in an office administration or bookkeeping role.
- Excellent proficiency with QuickBooks.
- A background in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and categorized.

- Manage and process liens for construction projects.
- Work with vendors and clients to ensure all necessary lien documentation is filed correctly.
- Stay up to date with any changes in lien laws or regulations.
