What You'll Drive
- Keep the Fleet Moving: You'll coordinate urgent road calls and schedule preventative maintenance, acting as the critical communication link between drivers, technicians, and vendors to minimize downtime.
- Master the Inventory: You'll manage the entire parts lifecycle—from ordering and issuing purchase orders to receiving shipments, processing receipts, and maintaining precise inventory control.
- Ensure Financial Accuracy: You'll process, track, and review invoices for fleet expenses, contributing directly to efficient departmental budget management and reporting.
- Be the Team Hub: As the first point of contact, you will provide crucial support, greet visitors, field calls, and interact directly with floor technicians to address their needs.
What You'll Bring
- A solid foundational understanding of fleet mechanics or automotive/equipment repair.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for daily tasks and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience with inventory control principles.
- strong communication skills and a collaborative, open-minded mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; education from a technical school is a strong plus.
- Experience in an automotive, equipment, or dealership environment is highly valued.

Responsibilities
Greet visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests. Employees with the title of Fleet Maintenance Coordinator generally provide support to the Delivery Transportation Team. The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring phone calls and emails, parts ordering, coordinating repairs and PM schedules, processing, tracking and reviewing invoices and expenses.
