- (English-Spanish language) preferred
- 1+ years working preferably in a metal fabrication environment under a continuous improvement QMS with hands on inspection or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Write simple correspondence
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret graphs
- Knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, e-mail software and the use of the Internet
- Certification as a Quality Technician preferred
- Programming for FARO and Micro-Vu Measurement Equipment desired

Responsibilities
- Release product for shipping by ensuring proper documentation/certifications are provided as outlined by customer requirements
- Understand and apply basic GD&T concepts
- Proficient in dimensional verification of PPAP and first article parts
- Provide direct support to the production floor by assisting with interpretation/development of manufacturing related documentation and providing or teaching proper measuring techniques
- Provide technical inspection of manufactured and raw materials at “receiving” as outlined by the process
- Collect data, evaluate, and present quality metrics
- Program and operate FARO & Micro-Vu measurement equipment proficiently
- Attend department meetings as required
