Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork and orientation.
- Employee Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Administrative & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and records, both digital and physical. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
- HRIS Management: Utilize the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to input and manage employee data, track key metrics, and generate reports.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, benefit enrollment, and administration, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
- General Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments as needed, including scheduling meetings and preparing correspondence.
Qualifications * Proven experience in an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar administrative role.
- strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HRIS software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
